INCLUDES A TIFF'S TREAT GIFT TO YOUR CLIENTS AFTER THE OPTION PERIOD EXPIRES

  • Introduction Email to connect all parties and introduce TC as part of your team.

  • Updating MLS listing statuses.

  • Review executed contract, addendum, pre-approval letters, and Disclosures for accuracy & completion by all parties.

  • Send Contract and supporting documents to the Title Company and Lender.

  • Coordinate payment of earnest and option funds.

  • Schedule and coordinate all inspections.

  • Prepare amendments with agent's provided verbiage.

  • Send a Tiff's Treat gift to your clients after the option period ends (applicable only for client's within the Tiff's Treats delivery area)

  • Ongoing communication with the lender including reminders on financing period and appraisal scheduling.

  • Ongoing communication with the Title Company: document delivery, CD, DA, scheduling closing, etc.

  • Provide Home Warranty options to buyers and confirm order.

  • Send utility contact information to buyer (obtained from listing agent for accuracy)

  • Insure copies of repair receipts are sent to appropriate parties.

  • Reminder to the agent to schedule a final walkthrough.

  • Confirm funding with the title company.

  • Invoice Agent for services electronically.

  • A $100 termination fee billed to the agent will apply if the transaction is terminated after the option period.

  • Send email communications to clients throughout transaction with updates, dates to remember, appointment reminders, homestead exemptions, utilities, etc.
